I saw Dr. Harp back on December 4th. For a torn ACL and meniscus in my right knee. Went in with all my MRI results they were ignored was told to take X-rays. Was treated rudely by dr. harp and was told that I was too large and too young to have knee replacement surgery. And also that he would be willing to go ahead and give me a Synvisc one injection which did nothing for the ACL being torn. When I spoke about a brace, I I was told that they do not dispense braces there that I would have to be contacted by Bregs. Which the following week I was but then two days after that told no your insurance won't we are not covered by your insurance. It was supposed to be at that point sent to Hanger Prosthetics which they never received until January 11th. So during this time I was fighting back and forth with the clinic and it escalated to Administration at which point finally Administration sent me to hanger to be measured and issued said brace my insurance which Sparks admin new and at one point after the first of the year I was told by the Admin mr. Cranford. That yes your brace is paid in full go pick it up they will contact you. Guess what that was a continuation of the lies from Sparks Clinic I am over 100 days waiting to receive said brace I was told paid for in full twice now it has escalated to the vice president of Sparks admin which I am still waiting for a reply was sent back to dr. Harps office for a visit to confirm and again treated rudely this time I recorded the conversation and have proof of said conversation. Please take my warning from this don't fall into the same trap I did go go see someone in Northwest Arkansas I don't know how many people have been taken for a ride by these Jokers all they want is money they're not there to help anyone.
