I have multiple sclerosis and have been working on managing my pain for years. I am so deeply impressed with the staff here to provide me with alternative methods besides just narcotics. My quality of life has been exponentially improved, especially with the help and ability of P.A. Hall. She takes her time listening to my concerns, needs, has amazing empathy, and the most fantastic bedside manner! I would never go anywhere else they are highly recommended for anyone with chronic pain especially with auto immune diseases like MS!!!

Doctor Trujillo is the best pain doctor anywhere, I have a lot of problems and pain and he never gives up on trying to help you feel better. Trujillo and his hole staff, nurses, pa will work hard to help you feel better. Thanks for everything you have done for me, lots of respect to you all

Very nasty, verbally abusive, rude, and accusatory person. This physician Did not even take the time to 1. Read my chart for any pre-existing spinal conditions 2. He totally failed to introduce himself to me 3. He fail it find out my complaint of pain and visit to his office. 4. When explaining why I had the low back pain he when two fast over the MRI scan that it was impossible to understand. 5. At no time did he make direct eye contact with me when talking... it makes me believe he has something to hide and not being truthful. I would never return to his office for ANY reason.

First I have never written a bad review..I’m sorry to report that the office staff was very curt when my husband approached the front desk. We previously checked in online. He was 5 min late according to my phone which should be accurate.. the staff said 8 minutes late so you will have to reschedule your appointment. If you do not arrive 20 minutes early—you are canceled ...right? They said he could possibly return later in the afternoon but did not give him a time. We were late because we were on the phone discussing critical labs that were by lost by Summitt and now emergency treatment because of said labs. I called manager to recommend that they be somewhat considerate of their clients. Their records now indicate that we were 15 minutes late and declined a 1:00 rescheduling. Covering there mistakes I guess. This is not right.
