If I could put a zero, I would! My husband is a 100% disabled service connected veteran. He has problems remembering things because of his traumatic brain injury (TBI). He forgot his debit card, and I (his wife) was trying to call in to make the co-pay over the phone. Alicia was extremely disrespectful to him. She scolded him in front of a packed waiting room for not having his debit card. He was denied services after he drove 1 hour to his appointment at the Fairfax location! I will be going to the Stafford location on Monday to speak with Aura, the supervisor. To top it off, he was supposed to be booked for injections, and they booked him for a regular follow-up. My husband will not be returning to this office! There are too many other doctor offices who are more than happy to provide healthcare services. It just amazes me that they would treat a veteran like this. My husband left the office feeling extremely bad. He was embarrassed! This will NEVER happen again!

This place is HORRIBLE from your calls never return to trying to get through to a person it’s beyond insane The Dr is good but you have to wonder somestimes given the fact he must not care when people complain as it never changes. I spoke to mgr on one visit totally uninterested never got a call back nothing. It doesnt make sense !!!

Outstanding Dr. I have been unfortunate enough to have to visit many other pain clinics over the years but Dr. Raley is a true godsend. Never before had a Dr. listened to my concerns and not treated me as a druggie looking for a high. I will hope I never have to see anyone else other then Dr. Raley again.

I have a fractured Patella and was referred here by the Urgent Care that they share a building with. It has been two weeks of me calling them trying to get them to set me up with an appointment to the point where I said I would just pay cash upfront and we could try to bill my insurer later. I've been led on this whole time where they keep saying they will call me back and I wait and they never call me back. I tried calling another doctor finally and they will take me in two business days. I wish I hadn't wasted all this time while I am still walking around with a fractured knee cap. Hopefully I haven't caused any more damage.
